Please review and confirm the following.

• Make sure that the service principal for Azure Integration has viewer permissions.
• If you’ve specified a tag, make sure that it has been correctly assigned to the target Azure resource as well.
• If using Azure portal, make sure that the secret has not expired.

If you were able to integrate but became unable to get metrics after changing the instance model, it’s possible that the model is not supported by Mackerel. If this is the case, please contact our support team.
