If a credit card payment fails at the beginning of the month, it will automatically be retried the next day.
If the payment failed due to a card information error such as an expired date, please correct the card information and wait for the payment to be retried.
If the credit card payment continues to fail and the account goes unsettled for a prolonged period of time, the account may be forced to change to the Free plan (forced cancellation) and you may not be able to monitor as intended. Please try to resolve any payment related issues promptly.
